I know you are trying to be realistic by thinking that once you aren't feeling bad that your appetite is going to return and thats when losing weight is going to become hard but you need to start thinking positive instead of setting yourself up for the worst case scenario. Start planning for it now and telling yourself you can do this. Please don't take what I'm saying to you in the wrong way because I don't mean it that way I just know that if you think negative you can cause things to happen even if you don't mean to. You have lost weight and thats something to be very proud of and celebrate, you don't want to give up how far you have came by pigging out once you are better. I'm here if you ever need to talk and I will help you anyway I can. I hope you get better really soon.

ReplyDeleteThank you everyone, and Christina, you are right. I'm so afraid the weight I lost will come right back on that I'm trying to ignore that I lost it! I'm feeling a bit better and today and I'm hungry so I'm trying extra hard to make good choices.
